Polyurea

POLYUREA is the polymer which is produced through the chain reaction between Isocyanate Prepolymer and specially designed
Polyether Amine, and it has a urea bonding in the molecules.
As Tack Free Time is 3~30 seconds, it is a super high speed hardening material with the high reaction speed of resin.
POLYUREA is the two components type coating agent with high temperature and high pressure spray type.
It is an eco-friendly coating agent which contains 100% solidified material with 0% volatile organic compound.
It shows an excellent mechanical property and durability after hardening; and it offers not only the excellent adhesiveness,
but also the excellent corrosion resistance, the wear resistance, the chemical resistance and the impact resistance
compared to the existing coating agent.
Currently, R & D of new technology for Polyurea resin is actively in progress, and Polyurea elastic body has been used for
various commercial fields such as the general water proof protective coating, the steel pipe coating for water supply and sewage,
the concrete structure, and the ocean structure in the oil leak area.
